The Community Development Authority has approved the following Objectives:

a. Officially state and propose that acquisition and cleanup of the Hospital site is a Town Approved Project;

b. Promote business development and improve the façade of buildings along Hwy. 17 in the downtown Lakefront Area between County Rd. E and W. Hill Rd.; and

c. Officially state that expansion of grocery and hardware services is a project.
